Seal and Killer Whales

When I write paragraphs I am leaning to use punctuation like full stops,commas,question marks and capital letters.

In Antarctic leopard seal are fast in water but not on land.If a penguin is in the water a seal will come and try to catch it and ripe it’s head off by playing with it.

If there is a leopard seal on a iec the Killer Whales  will make waves to make it fall off the iec to teach them how to hunt a leopard seal.

In the north pole there are no penguins.   Because they live in the south pole, which is called

Antarctica.

Penguins can’t fly. When they come ashore they waddle on their short 2 legs.

In the antarctica it is freezing.when it is winter the sun doesn’t rise but in summer the sun will rise.

Whale

Whales are not fish’s but they are mammals.They live in oceans and they are the largest in the Hole world.

A baby whale is called a calf.And the male whales are all called bulls.

All whales have enormous mouths And they have lots of Blubbur to keep  them warm.From the freezing water.

Finding the tens in a number

This afternoon I have been learning how to find the tens in a number.

Ernest Shackleton went on a trip to Antarctica but he went on a boat.

He went to explore Antarctica in 1908

Ernest Shackleton and he’s 3 men were cold,tired and hungry that they were forced to turn back.

     

Seals

WALT-We are learning to summarise the main points of a paragraph.

In antarctica all the Seals are fast in sea but clumsy on land. The seals give birth to the pups on the ice. Seals are graceful in the sea.

Seals are mammals that live in oceans all over the world

All of the seals at Antarctica are non-eared seals.

These seals have lots of blubber to keep them warm.

Seals have thick,short hair on their stream lined

body to keep them warm.

Did you know that in antarctica there is 30 million of crab eater seals? But do you know that a crab eater eat krill?

Leopard seals are slow on land. Do you know about that the penguins are not scared of seals on land?

In antarctica the weddell seals are only seals who can stand the winter. But the leopard seals go to another warm part.
