Use my brain means that you only use your net book when you need to. You have to listen to what your brain says so you can work properly. This will stop you getting in trouble.

Use My Heart is that in the inside of you want to do the wrong thing but the inside of you wants to do the right thing. You should listen to this feeling and do the right thing.

Being Cyber Smart means to do the right thing, at the right time, and the right place and the attitude. To be cyber smart you talk nicely to people and don't say bad words.
