Space Writing.

Once upon a time in earth in the night you can see a big flashing light sending some information to own big earth.
The satellite  slowly sprint  and bring some information to earth.A rock is coming for the satellite slowly. So the satellite slowly moves out of the way so it can’t crash in to the satellite.

One day it stopped sending information so some people had to go to the slowly spinning satellite and try to make it work but it still won’t work so they had to say there for a week on two. One week has gone past but it still won’t work so they got some other people that are good with electricity so they can try. Two weeks has gone pasted and it hasn’t worked but one day it started to work and the  electricity came back on and the city was on.

Earth Paints

We have been reading about Earth Paints. Earth Paints are paints made out of crushed clay or soil and mixed with water. In the story the children found different coloured soil in the vegetable garden, compost, near a swamp, beside a stream, under the bark on the playground, clay off a bank, building site and from the river.
Aborigines used to use Earth Paints to paint pictures on cave walls or bark. They used twigs, bamboo sticks and sometimes their fingers to paint. So that the paint stuck they mixed emu and fish oil or beeswax with the paint.
Here is my earth paint painting.

Victorian.

We have been reading about the Victorian Age. We found out that children used to learn which countries were part of the British Empire by looking on a map. All of the countries in the British Empire were red or pink. I have highlighted the countries in the British Empire during the Victorian Era in red or pink.

Be Cyber Smart

Use my brain, Use my heart, I'm going to be cyber smart

Use my brain, Use my heart, I'm going to be cyber smart came from Mr Burt. It helps people to do their work and the stuff that they are supposed to do.

Use my brain means that you only use your net book when you need to. You have to listen to what your brain says so you can work properly. This will stop you getting in trouble.

Use My Heart is that in the inside of you want to do the wrong thing but the inside of you wants to do the right thing. You should listen to this feeling and do the right thing.

Being Cyber Smart means to do the right thing, at the right time, and the right place and the attitude. To be cyber smart you talk nicely to people and don't say bad words.

Use My Brain, Use My Heart, I'm Gonna Be Cyber Smart. It makes you think about stuff before you do it.

Kirikiti And Cricket.

I have been reading a book called Kirikiti. And it as about kirikiti and cricket. But the bats are different and the balls are different shape to but they are different colour.

Super 7s Rugby.

What Is It 1.

it is when two teams play each other on the field and they compete each other. Then they kick off that means when you kick the rugby ball to

How To Play 2.

When you kick the ball to the other team you have chance the ball and when they catch it you have to tackle the player with the ball. then you have to try and win the ball in the rack and if you do the halfback has to go to the ball and pass it to the first five then they pass it down to the winga and he will try and score a try.

How to kick in the goal post 3.

If you are kicking in the goal post you have to put your t down and put the ball on it and then try and aim it out of the goal post .And then try and kick or curve it if there is wind but if there is no wind just aim for the goal post and kick it as hard as you can.

How to tackle 4.

When you are going to tackle you have to bend down but put your head up and if the person is running to the right you have to tackle the person with your right shoulder. Then try and tackle the other person and try and take the ball of theperson.
